THE MISSION.
-To reinvent the world of ‘Recycled’ Art and introduce an unseen luxurious feel with each and every piece.
-To prove the beautiful potential of items we so easily discard; offering them to proudly take up space on the walls in your home instead of landfill.
-To showcase how the everyday can be Littered with Luxury; To inspire people to look again and think differently.
THE Materials.
-Every piece from Lids Studio is born from otherwise discarded or unwanted materials.
-Ranging anywhere from: Single use plastics, bottle tops, recycled household waste to eggboxes, carboard and reclaimed timber for each canvas.
-These materials are manipulated through multiple processes, all entirely by hand, ensuring each texturally luxe piece created is 100% unique to Lids Studio.

Hi, I’m Lyds,
but my dad has always spelt it ‘lids’ - (fitting for a girl who would grow up to love playing with plastic ones!)
For as long as I can remember I’ve been obsessed with textures, making things out of anything i could get my hands on and the challenge that comes with reinventing something into a new different and beautiful form.
over the years I’ve come to experiment and refine my style, textures & love for the unconventional to the point they are today; leading me to where you are now:
lids studio.
a place where i hope to showcase my pieces, the celebration of second chances and how really beautiful even the most unsuspecting of things can be, if you just look a little differently.
these pieces are my absolute loves and creating them has been a dream come true! I hope exploring the world of lids studio brings you as much joy, intrigue and inspiration as it does for me creating it.
